Harlequin Costumes is a small home-based costume hire boutique.  Costumes are our passion, always has been. We have a big range of brand new exclusive that are amazing quality.  We aim to be different and rent out costumes that are not easily found.  Our services include special effects makeup, face painting, airbrush tattoos and custom made items make sure to make an appointment to come and see us before your next fancy dress party.
