RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Policy

All sales are final and unfortunately,  Harlequin Costumes do not offer returns on non-defective products. 

Harlequin Costumes will ensure that every item that is dispatched will be in good order and in accordance with what is advertised on the site. 

If an item is received defective or incorrect, Harlequin Costumes must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the item.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not missing any items. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.

Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.

​Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less shipping costs and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or via EFT, within 7 days.

Exchanges can only be done for identical items, should Harlequin Costumes be out of stock of the item in question a refund will be issued instead.  Harlequin Costumes can not do exchanges for different items than the ones originally ordered. 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
